Kreative Intelligence provides AI-powered business system consulting, design, development, and implementation services. Our services include but are not limited to: workflow diagnosis, AI business system development, workflow automation, knowledge system creation, operational dashboard development, and AI assistant building.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Kreative Intelligence, you agree to the following terms:
Program Name: Kreative Intelligence Client Communications
Program Description: Kreative Intelligence uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with clients and prospective clients regarding service inquiries, appointment scheduling, workflow diagnosis follow-ups, project updates, and other service-related notifications.
Message Types: You may receive the following types of messages from Kreative Intelligence:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Workflow diagnosis call scheduling
- Service and project update notifications
- Follow-up communications related to your inquiry
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Typically 1–5 messages per month depending on your active engagements with Kreative Intelligence.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Consent: By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Kreative Intelligence at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You may submit forms and use our services without opting in to text messages.
Opt-Out: You may revoke your consent and stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Kreative Intelligence. You will receive a single confirmation message after opting out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Kreative Intelligence and is protected by intellectual property laws. Upon completion and full payment of a project, clients receive ownership rights to the custom systems built for them, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information during the diagnosis and development process. Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals as outlined in project timelines. Delays in client responses may affect project delivery schedules.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This includes but is not limited to business processes, data, strategies, and technical specifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kreative Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Kreative Intelligence in the twelve months prior to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kreative Intelligence operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page with an updated revision date.
